SALARY : As per market standards (or) 22,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales/marketing
team to achieve and exceed targets, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall
success of the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent
leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the
ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
PRODUCTS/SERVICES:
Digital and Social Media Marketing, Website and Mobile Application development, Cyber
Security, PR and Branding.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a dynamic sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
2. Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of appointments for the sales team.
- Oversee the development and presentation of proposals to potential clients.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favourable agreements.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company
goals.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new
clients.
3. Revenue Generation:
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement.
- Develop and execute initiatives to maximise sales and profitability.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide
solutions.
- Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and effective manner.

5. Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop and implement sales plans and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor
activities.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional
teams to optimise the sales process.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales and other
departments.
7. Training and Development:
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the
sales
team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure
the team remains competitive.
8. Team Handling - Manager:
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA
is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
