Business Development Manager (BDM)
We are seeking a goal driven and enthusiastic professional with a proven track record for a BDM position.
You will be responsible for generating sales through promoting the company to potential clients with an exceptional level of customer service.
Ideally you have been working as BDM in windows/doors industry and are able to demonstrate success in achieving sales budgets and targets. You can demonstrate real sales performance as well as knowledge and experience within the aluminium, glass or building products market.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior B2B sales experience within aluminium window & doors
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, willingness to learn, be trained and assist the team as required.
- Be well presented, possess excellent communication skills, have the drive and commitment to work autonomously, enthusiastic personality.
- Positive sales oriented attitude, a team player who thrives on a challenge dedication to providing total customer service.
- Have mindset to exceed customer service expectations, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Duties & responsibilities:
· Retain existing business and identify new sales opportunities
Be directly accountable for sales goals and KPIs
Negotiate with key stakeholders
Prepare regular sales reports
Focus on new business development throughout Victoria
