Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and/or commercial real estate
Generate leads through networking, market research, and site visits
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
Negotiate deals and close sales transactions
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) for smooth deal execution
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Skills & Requirements:
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Good understanding of the real estate market and trends
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Target-driven with a results-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
