If you are a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Manager interested in helping us grow our client base, we want to hear from you. You will be the face of the company and will be dedicated to developing and implementing an effective sales strategy. The goal is to achieve long-term financial growth by increasing sales and developing strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Previous experience in IT solution and services sales in the US/Europe territory (Strictly NO to staffing sales)
Understand Beyond Key offerings clearly to effectively communicate with prospects.
Know and understand assigned US/Europe territory.
Effective Prospecting (via cold calling, inbound calls, emailing, social media and networking)
To map an account and understand Microsoft footprint through engaging IT teams/LOB and others at different levels (CXO to Admin)
Profiling - Tech Influencer, Recommendation/Middleman, and Decision maker
Tailor pitch according to account/contact profile and effectively engage a prospect (at various stages of sales cycle cold call/follow-up/presentation)
Qualify by BNTD (Budget Need timelines Decision Makers)
Present Beyond Key-value prop over telecon and web sessions to CXO, VP/Dir., and LOB Managers as per the account profiling.
Engage the Sales team / Support Team as and when needed.
Work with internal teams to get SOW/Proposals in line with client discussions Negotiation/Closure
Work closely with the Business development head and engage with Key Accounts by qualifying prospects and driving new opportunities.
Desire to meet or exceed prospecting goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Meet and exceed Quarterly revenue targets Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports and review.
Required Candidate profile:
Around 5+ years experience in IT Sales in International Market.
Lead generation experience and skills.
IT industry experience as Individual Contributor with quota carrying role.
Exceptional communication skills (especially engaging customers over phone and emails)
Organized, disciplined, and a Hunter by choice, Self-starter approach.
