Role and Responsibilities
1. Lead generation and qualifying prospects.
2. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads.
3. Day-to-day account management and development.
4. Source and work customer referrals.
5. Answer all lead and customer questions accurately.
6. Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
7. Managing and maintaining a balance between new business prospecting and managing existing clients.
