Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Bhopal, MP
Job Summary: As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand our client base. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement effective business development strategies while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth targets
• Liaise with government departments and authorities to ensure compliance with regulations, obtain necessary approvals, and address any business-related issues.
• Travel extensively across India to meet potential clients, attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Expertise in agriculture.
• Proven track record of at least 10 to 20 years in business development, sales, or related roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, government agencies, and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of government processes, regulations, and liaison activities
• Preferable age 35 to 40.
