Identifying, targeting and developing new and existing business opportunities, predominantly in the North Island for our specialist bird exclusion services which includes structural design
Providing customers with relevant information on new products, services, compliance and market/industry developments
Implementing market-driven and customer-specific sales strategies.
Developing, strengthening and reinforcing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders such as; construction and architecture
Surveying, specification and quoting directly to new customers
Maintaining and improving knowledge of the company product range, competitor products and general market information to add value to customer interactions
To Be Successful You Must Have
Proven sales experience with a true hunter mentality. You are skilled at generating and evolving your own leads through a combination of cold calling, networking and market research.
Experience in the construction or similar industry
A results-focused attitude, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing new business relationships.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good time management skills with the proven ability to work autonomously.
Strong business acumen, influencing and relationship-building skills
Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems
