Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - BPO at JIBS. The role involves managing and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales experience in the BPO industry
Knowledge of customer experience management, credit risk management, title & mortgage. services ecommerce support services, sales management, enterprise support, revenue cycle management services, clinical & pharma
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
