What you’ll do
As a Business Development Manager in Business Banking, you’ll monitor and analyse the marketplace, participate in sales strategies and policies, and generate and facilitate the total solution of our business development and continuous growth. In doing so, you’ll meet customer needs and assist the business in achieving our lending commitment while ensuring business goals are met in a manner consistent with our values.
You’ll effectively handle concerns and complaints at first point of contact, ensuring the delivery of good customer outcomes at every interaction, and you’ll formulate and drive a business plan to achieve all KPI’s.
You’ll also:
Understand and adhere to the relevant laws, conflicts of interest, and the anti-money laundering guidelines
Complete all control tasks in a timely manner to the required standard
Operate within the training and competence scheme, ensuring the provision of accurate, full, and relevant information to customers
Respond and adapt to shifting priorities and deliver an effective performance within challenging timelines
Liaise with colleagues to share best practice and to flex capacity between teams as required
Build a strong internal and external network of stakeholders and proactively promote a culture where risk is managed effectively within the business
