A leading Architecture firm Southern Decors having an opportunity for its expansion of its Southern Tek Doors & Frames division Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Description In charge for the project segment for the areas of assigned Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under Southern Tek Doors &n Frames Coordinate the sale proceeding for optimum service levels. Collection of payments. Report market activities to the CEO as per set format. Motivate executives reporting to self. To develop Carpenters for products under Southern Tek To manage and motivate all Sales and Production team. Desired Profile Successful track record in the sales field. Minimum of 1- 5 years’ experience in preferably from building material// Doors& Frames industry / UPVC/ Construction materials / Tiles / Paints Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned area. Knowledge of the construction/ Doors & Frames industry will be an added advantage. Graduate with any degree with any specialization in marketing. Strong aggressive personality with good communication. Good Presentation and negotiation skills Customer & market Focus Benefits Salary at par with the industry Incentives Bonus High growth assured for the performers
