We are hiring Business Development Manager for an ISO certified Company having over 20 years’ experience in providing Integrated Facility Management Services. The Company executes its operations by highly experienced and expertise staff with the use of branded materials and machinery.
With a Pan India footprint, our client has generated excellent job opportunities for front line staff and as on date there are over 20000 personnel supported by a talented team of managers. The company has over the years developed a robust back-office systems & processes to efficiently service its diverse range of customers.
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi (1 for each location)
Role Specifications:
The incumbent would be responsible for Sales activities.
1. To achieve the target allocated for Individual and Team.
2. To develop lead base through cold callings, net surfing, connects, etc.
3. To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their positions in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
4. To remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
5. Establish, Develop and Maintain business relationships with current & prospective customers.
6. To assist operations, CRM team in post-sales activities & to liaison with departments.
7. To prepare proposals, PPT, Profitability statement, etc.
8. To maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
+. To maintain team motivation & energy level for enhancing productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile :
• Relevant experience between 5-10 years.
• Good hold over spoken and written English.
• Time management
• Communication & Active listening.
• Presentation skills.
• Prospecting and negotiating skills.
• Budget planning & preparation.

Pay: Up to ₹1,100,000.00 per year
