The Role
This role will be concentrating on securing listings for brand new property developments for our investors, including stand-alone homes, townhouses, and off the plan apartments throughout New Zealand. As such you will find yourself mostly focused on business clients / developers. With a new business acquisition focus, you will be responsible for increasing revenue and market share and achieving KPI’s and targets. You can expect to be networking with property developers, investors, building companies.
Key Responsibilities include:
Generating new business / referrals
Meeting with potential clients – discuss the full sales process, options, and pricing
Maintaining and grow strong relationships with clients throughout the build / project process
Maintaining appropriate enquiry follow up standards, call cycles & input of information
Attending industry events, and networking across all appropriate channels to generate leads
Educating our sales and coaching team on the projects and supporting the sales process
