Requirements:
Minimum 4-8 years of good experience in Cyber Security Solution Sales to Direct End Customers ( Channel Sales candidates are not the right fit)
Strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the Bengaluru market and having good connects with CIO/CTO/IT Heads
Ability to independently handle end user sales from lead to closure
Job Description
Field sales – Meeting the existing & new customers (Enterprise & SMB) daily and identifying their requirements
Progressing on the identified requirements technically and commercialy
Maintaining good relationship with customers to understand their concerns and have them addressed.
Send renewal notifications to customer periodically and followup
Work on weekly / monthly targets and ensure adherence to short and long-term goals of the growth
Should be responsible and accountable for revenues, margins & collections
Should comply to the MIS reporting
Owning up the opportunities through successful POC till submitting commercial proposals
Should be able to gather market intelligence of the opportunities
Estimates partners' needs and goals.
Should be ready to learn, develop and grow skills required for the job
Educational Qualification :
Bachelor degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
MBA in Marketing/ Business analytics
Certification Requirement : Any relevant certification
Required Experience : 5 Years or above
