We help brands generate predictable bookings, leads, and revenue using strategy, performance marketing, content, and automation.
🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own client acquisition and drive high-quality deals, not just chase leads.
This role is ideal for someone who:
• Understands consultative selling
• Can speak confidently with business owners & decision-makers
• Is comfortable selling ₹75k – ₹2L+ monthly retainers
• Focuses on outcomes, not services
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales
• Identify & approach potential clients in hospitality and real estate
• Conduct discovery & audit calls with business owners
• Understand client pain points (bookings, leads, OTA dependency, low occupancy)
• Present ProBizGrowth solutions clearly and confidently
• Close retainer-based and performance-led contracts
Lead Generation
• Cold outreach (LinkedIn, Instagram, Email – personalised only)
• Follow-ups, nurturing & pipeline management
• Coordinate with internal team for proposals & strategy inputs
Relationship Management
• Build long-term client relationships
• Act as the bridge between client expectations and internal execution teams
• Ensure smooth onboarding handover
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
• 2–5 years experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Agency BD
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience selling marketing retainers or services
• Comfortable with targets & accountability
• Business mindset (not just “sales talk”)
Good to Have
• Experience with hospitality, real estate, or premium local businesses
• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, funnels, or lead generation
• CRM usage (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
