Job Overview:
We are looking for a result-driven and proactive Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in institutional/B2B sales within the education industry and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with potential schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and training centers for business opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Pitch EdTech solutions effectively to decision-makers like school principals, academic heads, and administrators
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure timely onboarding of clients
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead generation and solution optimization
• Maintain CRM data and provide regular reports on pipeline and sales performance
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, education, or SaaS
• Strong understanding of the education landscape (K-12 / test prep / higher education / upskilling)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and presentations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
