We're seeking a results-oriented and creative Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team.

In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new event business, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our event management company.

What You'll Do:

- Strategic Sales Architect: Develop a comprehensive sales strategy focused on expanding our event portfolio, achieving financial goals, and exceeding customer expectations.

- Client Champion: Identify and connect with potential clients, building strong relationships and understanding their event needs.

- Proposal Pro: Develop compelling proposals, cost calculations, and quotations that showcase our event solutions and secure client buy-in.

- Event Planning Partner: Collaborate with internal teams (catering, logistics, production) to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.

- Relationship Maestro: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and exploring future event opportunities.

- Market Maven: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to adapt sales strategies and optimize results.

- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare insightful reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Who We're Looking For:

- Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Business Development or Event Sales.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

- Strong understanding of the event management industry and its trends.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.

- Market research and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.

- Time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
