• Identify and target potential clients for artist booking.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for artists and their representatives, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up with prospects.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to the management team.
Requirement
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven work experience in sales- event management, artist management.
• Strong knowledge of the event industry, talent market, and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and artists.
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools
