The primary responsibility will be to drive the growth and success of the company by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into sales. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective strategies to expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets..

Responsibilities ;-

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential clients and target markets. Develop strategies to approach and engage with these prospects.

· Sales and lead generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

· Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

· Develop and deliver sales presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of the company's products or services.

· Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties. Close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships.

· Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Provide valuable market feedback and insights to improve products and services.

· Stay updated on industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.

· Reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a strong knowledge of proMX products and servics.

Qualification :-

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Minimum 4-6 Years experience and Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in a similar industry or market.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving targets.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel as required.
