## JOB DESCRIPTION

Client acquisition and IT business development(Specific to Software Quality Assurance) by direct/indirect sales.

• Should be well versed in B2C and B2B Sales

• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.

• Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.

• Identifying customers, giving a presentation,s and closing the deals independently.

• Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.

• Develop DevQaExpert Solution PVT Ltd. as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

• Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.

• Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention.

• Lead the marketing team.

## Skills/Qualification

• Sales, IT Solution selling and Business Development, Team Management

• Graduate/MBA in any stream

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to, connect and interact with potential customers Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

• Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

• Experience with the latest tools and techniques related to sales
