Key Responsibilities:

 Develop, implement and track market, industry and customer strategies focused on new customer acquisition for cross border trade and domestic and market share building in the B2B customer segment.

 Identifying and analyzing sales opportunities with customers with key account potential; leading contract negotiations and concluding framework agreements.

 Creation of action and project plans as well as their implementation for defined potential customers.

 Continuous expansion of in-depth industry know-how and its networking with logistics solutions to convey added value to potential customer’s business.

 Identification of industry-specific logistics requirements and development of corresponding industry solutions in cooperation with internal departments.

 Establishment and continuous expansion of professional relationship and contact management involving various internal and external sources, as well as social media platforms.

 Maintains a network of potential customers based on own or initiated market research and manages them in a pipeline.

 Project-related cooperation with specialist departments at home and abroad.

 Promotes and actively supports international cooperation with internal Group stakeholders.

 Preparation of reports and analyses for internal decision-making bodies.

 Responsible for acquisition of small & Medium enterprises & retailers, register them or our services.

 Experience in E-Commerce, Retail export and Sales should be must.

 Good hand in excel and PPT will be plus points.

Qualification, Experience & Attributes:

 Bachelor & degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred.

 4+ years of experience in sales & business development.

 Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Background in Global & Local e-commerce would be a beneficial advantage
