Arka Softwares is looking for a hardworking Business Development Manager located in India to be part of our growth and expansion in North America. In this role, you will be leading the sales activities to open and grow new accounts by selling software solutions and services. You will identify, develop and nurture new opportunities. Job Description & Responsibilities
Develop new business relationships and engagements in the areas of digital transformation, product engineering, digital commerce, web, and mobile apps development
Design and execute marketing programs to generate leads and nurture opportunities
Develop relationships with buyers and decision-makers to identify, cultivate, and close engagements
Work with executive leadership to develop sales strategies and value propositions
Work with the pre-sales architects to solution and develop project proposals
Lead the process to prepare, pitching, and presenting client proposals
Work with the delivery teams to identify and sell follow on work
Travel occasionally to the USA and/or Canada as needed
