We are looking for business develop manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory to excel in this role you should be an active listener have a compelling sales personality ,and have a hunger to chase and close new business.
>Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
>Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
>Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met. >Developing quotes and proposal for team .
>Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Business Development Manager Requirements :-Bachelors degree in business, marketing or a related field.
Strong communication skills and Automation Industry Knowledge.
>Excellent Organizational skills, Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainly.
>Proficient in Word, Excel.
Qualification:- Experience in sales , marketing ,or related field, ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasking and proven success in delivering and retaining key clients.
> Having a good experience in Automation and sales Industry.
Skills:- Build long terms relationships with clients and also with the team.
>Management skills of team building and new area development.
>Pass leads to the sales and marketing teams.
>Travel locally and nationally to meet potential and existing clients with team.
>Ability to work in team or individually as and when required also who can work under pressure.
>Good time and management and identify clients need and their demands.
>Would be responsible for team and business strategy building.
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
• Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
