About the Role:
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach in the Indian and International markets. We are seeking a results-driven individual who can identify and seize opportunities, position the Mandelbulb brand effectively, and build lasting relationships with high-profile clients in sectors including Retail, Travel, Fleet, Manufacturing, BFSI and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire mid/large transformational projects involving emerging technologies like digital platforms, Data platforms, IoT platforms and products, and Generative AI.
• Connect with executive leadership in prospective organizations to understand their business transformation priorities.
• Collaborate with Mandelbulb teams to build client-specific solutions and present proposals to client executive leadership.
• Create the commercial structure of the deal, negotiate and close contracts with clients.
• Stay current on competitive activity and devise effective counter strategies.
• Establish relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies, trends, and products.
What we're looking for:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the software industry with a focus on the retail sector.
• Proven experience in a sales role with pre-sales or software delivery experience being a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to independently shape and close large deals.
• Proven record of closing multi-million dollar deals in software services.
• Master's Degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing, and sales or related field of study.
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to interact effectively across all levels of a customer organization.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask, and work independently or within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
