• Job Title: Business Development Manager
• Job Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Experience: 5 to 7 years
Roles & Responsibilities: -
• Understanding of generating international leads through Email Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Identifying and generating Business from Potential Clients in allocated Territory using multiple ways of Direct Sales /Digital Marketing / Trade Shows / Associations and conferences.
• Achieving and exceeding allocated Targets by developing business relations with Existing / New clients.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Cross Functional Collaboration with Technical, leadership team to secure, retain, and grow new and existing accounts.
• Making and delivering Impactful Presentations to Potential Clients at different customer touch points for Client Meetings – Direct Meetings / Trade Shows / Conferences.
• Lead Management using (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) for having an Effective sales funnel resulting in business.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
Requirements & Qualifications: -
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Candidate with BIM Experience with Sales and Marketing exposure would be preferred.
• Experience in B2B Sales / Direct sales with deep understanding and ability of Cold Calling to Sales Closure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Strong understanding of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Years of Experience: 5 to 7 years.
