Responsibilities:
Acquiring new clients or business, generating leads,qualifyingopportunities, and establishingthe sales lifecycle that contributestoexpanding the corporate salesfunnel. Planning and overseeing newmarketing initiatives. Increasing the valueof current customers whileattracting newones. Finding and developing new markets andimprovingsales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industryevents. Developing quotations and proposalsfor clients. Developing goals for thedevelopment team and business growthandensuring they aremet. Develop and manage sales opportunitiesfrom beginning to endincluding marketresearch, opportunity qualification duediligence,andclosing.

Requirements andskills:
Bachelor s degree inbusiness, marketing, or related field.
Minimum 14 years of experience in BusinessDevelopment
withthe Manpower Outsourcingindustry. Strongcommunication skills and IT fluency. Abilityto manage complex projects and multitask.
Excellent organizational skills. Ability toflourish with minimal guidance, be proactive,andhandleuncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, andPowerPoint.
