Role and Responsibilities:
• 8+ years of experience in Sales and BD (IT, ITES and Contingent Work Force). • Previous experience as a sales and business development manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Proactively create demand for Offshore / onshore engineering and IT solutions. • Must have an existing network of prospective clients to close the deals quickly and must be target oriented. • Should have IT talent deployment exposure with BPO, Staffing, HR etc. • Ability to build direct relations with Decision Makers. • Experience working with Direct Clients/ Tier 1 Client / Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners / MSPs. • Experience working as a Delivery Manager to manage recruiting efforts is highly preferred. • Proven successful sales record in the IT Consulting Industry. • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations. • Strong presentation and closing skills. • Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments. • Strong secondary/internet research skills, In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current even. • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. • Excellent time management and organization skills. • Good experience in contract staffing and providing SOW based solutions to clients. • Ability to handle multiple priorities and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Competencies expected: Very high market knowledge intelligence; People Executive Relationships • Go-Getter Dealmaker skills; Strong Effective communication • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives • Plans and implements growth plans for IT services / captive clients. • Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities. • Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels. • Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers. • Formulate a business plan to support the business development process. • Strong understanding of strategic sales techniques and principles specified in the software consulting industry. • Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Power-user of MS Office tools. • Strong sense of ethics and professionalism. • High level of energy, with an outgoing personality. • Ability to think outside the box.

MBA Preferred
