Description
Responsibilities:
• Generate 5-6 warm leads ($100K+ ACV per lead) a month with 25%+ conversion rates.
• The leads will all be in the enterprise segment (IT services providers >.; 100M revenue) in the US and European markets.
• Research the identification of ideal clients to reach out to (leads), draft customized email templates, and then make an outreach through Email, Phone, and LinkedIn.
• You will manage your social media presence in a manner to cultivates potential leads.
• Drive full sales journey from leads to a tangible opportunity to conversion.
• Develop relevant collateral for different stages of the sales journey.
• Individual contributor role for first 12 months.
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of sales/business development/new client acquisition experience in B2B SaaS or in inside sales for IT/BPO services with the last two years in a full enterprise customer segment (no SMB or mid-market) generating $50K+ ACV leads (per lead).
• Experience in IT/BPO services sales is a huge plus.
• Experience as a telesales agent in BPO is not relevant here.
• Willingness to work from NCR is a plus though not the necessary condition.
