If you’re a BDM who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and monetise your network, this role is designed for you.
This is a commission-based opportunity with up to 50% splits on all referral business you originate across residential lending, commercial finance, asset finance, and private funding solutions.
You won’t be selling a product — you’ll be bringing deal flow into a well-established mortgage broking firm with strong lender relationships and the ability to structure complex deals. Your value is measured by outcomes, and you’re paid directly on the revenue you generate.
You’ll run your own patch, build your own book, and create long-term recurring income as your referral base compounds.

What you’ll actually be doing
This is a pure origination and referral role, not loan processing or client servicing.
You will:
Source and introduce new lending opportunities across:
Residential mortgages
Commercial and development finance
Asset and equipment finance
Private and non-bank funding solutions
Build relationships with:
Accountants, agents, and professional referrers
Business owners
Property investors and developers
Qualify opportunities and hand deals to the broking team for execution
Earn up to 50% commission splits on settled deals you introduce
Develop your own referral network and market strategy
Represent the firm at networking events, industry functions, and partner meetings
You focus on bringing deals in — the brokers and support team handle the rest.
What will make you successful here
You do not need to be a qualified broker.
You do need:
- Proven experience in BDM, sales, or referral-driven roles
- Confidence building relationships and initiating commercial conversations
- Understanding of property, business finance, or capital structures
- Ability to identify lending opportunities and match them to solutions
- A strong personal or professional network (or the ability to build one fast)
- Self-motivation, urgency, and commercial awareness
- Tenacity and adaptability in deal-driven environments
Experience in real estate, accounting, finance, development, or advisory roles is highly regarded.
