Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
• Interacting with potential client leads (brides, grooms & families) via Inbound or outbound calls.
• Developing growth strategies and plans.
• Support in writing new business proposals.
• Understand client requirements and document in an organized manner.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings in an efficient and timely manner
• Communicate information to internal team members to assist in planning the client's wedding
• Following industry trends locally and internationally.
• Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
• Candidate should be from Events / Wedding Background
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must have good negotiation skills.
• Must be able to create good presentations.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
• Ability to work under pressure.
