About Company – Opened in 2026, this company primarily works in the field of cloud kitchen and cloud kitchen management. The company runs more than 150 internet restaurants across India in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Hyderabad. The company is exploring expansion in various cities like Vadodara, Surat, Delhi, Noida, Bangalore, Hubli, and multiple 2-tier cities beyond metro cities. The company is targeting to add 400 plus internet restaurants by March 2026. Ghost Kitchen wants
to become the No 1 Cloud kitchen Management Company in India in the next 12-24 months.

Job Role:
• Experience in Retail food/Grocery Chains/Hyper Local Delivery is a must
• New Area development through Franchising.
• Hands-on experience in franchise sales, lead management, and Team management.
• Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
• Strategic planning to achieve sales targets in the timeline.
• Planning and directing the hiring as well as training of new sales representatives/executives.
• Preparing reports on sales projections and rollout of deals.
• Coordination with the business head and achieving sales targets.
• Managing a team size of 3 to 5 and taking follow-ups on day-to-day sales activities.
• Lead management and coordination with the team.
• Closing the deal by directly getting involved with the clients.
• Lead generation through various platforms and professional connects
• Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
• Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
• Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
• Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry, and positioning
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Andheri (East), Mumbai - 400 05+

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban - 40005+, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
