Job Purpose Business Development Manager
• The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (free lancer) amp; support / train them to
enable them procure insurance policies from the market amp; subsequently service the
customers.
Reporting-
• Branch Head/ Branch Manager
Principal Accountabilities of Business Development Manager .
• To recruit good quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure that they acquire
licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company.
• Ensure that the advisors achieve business targets set for them.
• Provide on the job training amp; manage and monitor performance of Advisors so that they can
achieve their goals.
• Relationship Management
• Maintain persistency for the policies procured by team of Advisors to overall achieve the
profitability of the team.
Qualification: Graduate mandatory
Exp: Mini. 2 year experience in Sales Marketing
Functional Expertise: Sales in any sector amp; willingness to work in Insurance Sector.
Salary - 2.88 to 5 lpa + Incentives ,Onroll Job
