Responsibilities:
1. Conducting client focused business development activities.
2. Identifying new business opportunities in-line with the client services and deliverables.
3. Generating new business opportunities from existing accounts.
4. Identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities.
5. Accumulating comprehensive knowledge and understanding of insurance and banking industry
6. Developing account plans for key accounts.
7. Managing sales pipeline effectively.
Requirements:
1. MBA or equivalent course in the relevant field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience of concept selling in B2B environment.
3. Must have experience in hunting and farming in Indian Geography.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong influencing skills with a proactive and methodical approach.
