We Are Hiring A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE
Salary: Rs. 20,000/- To Rs. 35,000/- Per Month.
Experience: Minimum 01 - 02 Years Of Experience In A Sales/Direct Sales/Retail Sales/Insurance & Banking Sales.
Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Develops the sales and marketing strategy and plans, policies and processes for the department and ensures their effective implementation.
• Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients on daily basis for sales and revenue generation.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Align sales targets with the strategic business plan and annual budget.
• Responsible for implementing strategic initiatives related to the area of specialty to support achieving strategic goals and objectives, and measures and reports on KPIs (incl. achievement of sales targets).
• Networks with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential client base.
• Supports various client relationship-building events/meetings.
• Negotiates variations in price, delivery, and specifications with customers and communicates those internally to the functions.
Skills Required:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willing to work on targets. Strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
