Job Description
• Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation / Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development / other IT Services/Non-voice BPO services
• Established network and contacts in the industry
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Business development for Company's service offerings in the various markets
• Lead generation and responding to RFPs/ tenders managing the entire sales life cycle, starting from prospecting through closure.
• Achieving the revenue targets.
• Develop & execute business development strategy and plan
• Execute the organization's global brand building, advertising & promotional activities
• Identify & generate business from new accounts, enhance business
Conceptualize & develop new product ideas
• Candidate must have: Overall experience of a minimum of 8 years- Experience in sales/ business development for a BPO
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
