Key Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with and drive the branch banking team for appointment of Business Facilitators and work with them to generate business as per branch targets
• Coordinate with the branch banking team and Head Office team for the execution of documentation required
• Development and maintain MIS which might comprise of branch-wise no of BFs appointed, BF wise business generated and any similar reports required
• Writing SOPs and Product Notes with the help of the Deptt. Head
• Identifying suitable potential Corporate Business Correspondents & Fintech Partners for partnership with Unity
• All round internal & external coordination for operationalizing the partnership
• Working with the technology team for any technology intervention including integration requirements
• Working with the marketing team to develop branding/collaterals, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities for the BFs / BCs / Fintech Partners
• Coordinating with Corporate BCs for operationalizing the BC outlets under them with Unity services including branding
• Collaborating with internal senior management stakeholders for approvals
• Ensuring overall smooth and efficient functioning of the BC / BF operations
