As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and sales for our organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing business strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll collaborate with various departments and report to the Director of Business Development. Here are the details:
Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Manage Invoicing targets and Payment Receives from the client.
• Familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission.
• Work towards accomplishing set goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones.
• Collate and maintain client information.
• Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
• Analyse sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Education: Degree in life science with business management skills (i.e. B Pharma or M Pharma or other relevant degrees)
• Experience:1-5 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Target Oriented: Able to achieve targets
