Job Description:
• The candidate should have Service Sales experience and it's an Individual Contributor role.
• We need candidates who are experts in selling Digital/Emailing Marketing or SAAS-based products.
• A key job is to acquire new clients through prospecting, engaging, selling and contract closure.
• The candidate has strong experience in Selling Emailing Marketing and Digital Marketing Services.
• Candidates having work experience with Agencies or Vendors are an added advantage.
Skills Required:
• To initiate, build and manage Client relationships in designated market segments or territories and achieve Sales Booking targets on a quarterly basis.
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Order Booking/Billing Targets from New Business (Existing & New accounts).
• Achieve Quarterly and Annual Order Booking/Billing Targets from Renewal business from Existing clients.
• Achieve Transaction-wise OM in % for every Client managed.
• Collect 100% of the SoW Value within DSO limits (Advance and Milestone based).
• Achieve prescribed levels of Customer Satisfaction for the assigned Client set.
• Timely reports, updating data in the SFA tool, Account Plans, initiating Customer Review Calls & Governance meetings & facilitate Exec meetings
