Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (located in New Delhi) for a Business Development Manager at IVFX TECHNOLOGIES CO LLC. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing growth opportunities within and between organizations, identifying potential partnerships, and creating and executing business plans to meet targets. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will track market trends, analyze customer requirements, and develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients and partners. This role offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, with a track record of achieving targets and fostering positive relationships
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant business tools
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in the technology industry is preferred, but not required
• Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds is preferred, but not required
