• Generating sales - Achieving the Yearly Targets
• Key Account Management.
• Relationship Building with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Designers.
• Getting specifications/ brand name added to projects with the architects, builders, contractors and designers. ( Dealing into Commercial /Office Projects)
• Market Benchmarking for competitors, and updating for same.
• Achievement of Sales Target as assigned by the HOD/reporting manager.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Execution of Project orders.
• Should have good networking skills
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
• Candidate should be into B2B Selling (Commercial Project selling).
• Preferably, He should be involved into selling of modular furniture If, not furniture should be from similar industry like tiles, Carpets ,Partitions, Lighting , Ceiling Products
• Ready for aggressive outbound Sales.
• Should be in touch with architects, Admin , Project Incharges and purchase managers of companies to ensure better tapping of the market.
