We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate will identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email and in person.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
Qualification/Skills Required:
• MBA, preferably in Sales & Marketing
• Candidates having an experience of around 1-2 year and are currently handling business development in the similar or relevant field .
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
