We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand our client base and drive business growth, particularly within the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)sectors. Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new clients, focusing on the SDA and SIL sectors.
NDIS Knowledge: Leverage your deep understanding of NDIS frameworks, client needs, and market conditions to create tailored solutions.
Networking: Use your networking skills to generate leads, foster relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the NDIS community.
Sales and Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations with key stakeholders to close deals and expand our reach.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed client acquisition and business growth targets as defined by the organisation.
Collaboration: Work independently but also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive long-term success.
Contractor Collaboration: For contractors, contribute to networking efforts that drive potential growth and scaling opportunities for the business.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: At least 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development within the NDIS sector, specifically in SDA and SIL.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and teams effectively.
Self-Motivated: A results-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously, while being part of a supportive team environment.
