3. He should be responsible for updating on PL Schemes , Selling & Communication Skills.
4. Good Knowledge of Personal Loan.

• Regular Graduate / Post Graduate
• Minimum 2-10 years experience in Personal Loan ( DSA Vertical )

• Onboard new channels in alignment to the plan
• Ensure adherence to the set sales processes and policies
• Drive Sales TAT reduction by various activities such as reducing errors & bringing in process efficiencies
• Ensure Proper Conduct, Nil Mis-selling, Sales Complaints, Sales Error, & Potential Inappropriate Sales (PIS) on a consistent month on month basis
• Ensure that strict controls are in place to monitor sourcing for all products as per policy/program guidelines
• To ensure there are NIL instances for Fraud Risk Management (FRM) & conduct sales Quality checks
