Strategy
• The role is responsible for establishing direct & indirect acquisition channel for Personal Loan
• Manage customer relationship for Cross Sell, Upsell opportunity & portfolio quality
• Establish and maintain branch with profitability aligned with company's proposition
Business
• The role is responsible for loan book & Revenue targets for the Personal Loan & attached fee income products
• Accountable for achieving sales target through Direct efforts or through assigned relationships (Referrer/DSA's)
• Achieving assigned monthly and full year objectives as per annual P3 document
• Takes initiative to understand consumers, competition and current market conditions and help identify new business opportunities
• Works closely with the Credit team, Operations, CDD and other department for providing timely resolution of all discrepancies on application and quick disbursal of the loan.
• Works closely with the Collections team in providing support for resolution of delinquent case
• Increase SC Capital's visibility by driving commercial, competitive pricing of credit trading for our client
Processes
• Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulations.
• To embed Operational Risk monitoring as an integral part of the business process. Towards this, to effectively carry out the assigned role, if any, under Compliance Risk Management and Operational Risk Management Assurance.
Risk Management
• Monitor all major risk issues and concentrations. Where appropriate, direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to Risk Committees
• Ensure satisfactory ratings in all internal/external audits conducted at the branch
Governance
• Promote an environment where compliance with internal control functions and the external regulatory framework is a central priority of the business.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate
• MBA and/or Professional Degree preferred. Should have at least 5+ years of relevant working experience in Personal Loan space with a strong industry specialization.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Experience in unsecured loan products
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Target Oriented
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• DSA/Channel Partner Management
