Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Your main objective will be to increase revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding business relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, and industry trends

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to increase revenue and promote the company's brand

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote the company's products or services, including marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and advertising initiatives

• Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners to drive business growth

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and tactics

• Prepare and present reports on business development activities and performance to senior management

• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and establish new business relationships

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans

• Knowledge of market research and analysis

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to travel for business purposes.

Experience: 1-5 yrs

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 6,00,000
