Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify, develop, secure, and cultivate business relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the Head of Business Development & Sales Operations to develop strategies that drive new business growth and increase revenue.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
1. Identify, connect, and close potential Clients and new opportunities in your market.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

10. Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
11. Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.

14. Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress toward goals.
15. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
16. Consistently meet assigned monthly sales quota.
17. Track and report your sales pipeline activity.
18. Generate leads and cold calling prospective Customers.
1+. Develop opportunities in target markets with the support of marketing.
20. Nurturing and developing relationships with key Customer accounts.
21. Attending face-to-face meetings with existing Clients and new prospective Clients.
22. Provide specialist advice on your products and/or services.
23. You’ll need to negotiate pricing with clients in line with internal guidelines. You’ll also need to update your superiors on your progress and timeline, providing them with accurate forecasting of anticipated sales.
This being a sales role, you will be subject to sales and KPI targets; this is a crucial part of the role. With face-to-face Client meetings key, you’ll be expected to travel within and outside the city / outside the job location – although the extent to which this is the case will depend on where the Client is based.
25. Managing the entire sales cycle (Lead Generation, Credential Pitch, Customer Acquisition, Account Management/Post Sales Services, etc.) for the relevant technology services and solutions.
Functional (Technical / Experiential) Skills
1. Experience of 5-7 years in sales and business development, including 1-2 years of proven experience in a Managerial or Team Lead role.
2. Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media will be a PLUS.
3. Experience in sales & business development with Service-based industries, Real Estate, Media & Advertisement, Digital Marketing, Fintech, Edtech & Healthcare industries.
Strong Presentation, Persuasion, Negotiation & Sales closing Skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.
Ability to lead a team of 4-6 Sales & Business Development executives.
Experience in sales training, performance enablement of his / her team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Influencer Collaboration & Influencer Marketing exposure will be a PLUS.

ü Nature of assignments shall call for exercising one’s flexibility for stretching beyond the normal working hours as and when required.
ü Six days working per week with 11:00 am – 8:00 pm format with 01 hour of Lunch Break.
ü No provision for WFH or Remote Working Mode.
ü Candidates currently residing in Pune / PCMC shall be preferred.
