• We are looking to engage Freelance Business Development Manager with experience of working for Recruitment/staffing companies.
• The job entails signing up SME/SMBs/Start-up client (Indian client).
• propose, negotiate & close deals
• contact potential and existing clients
• Ability to work independently & multi task,
• Strong verbal communication
Pay Structure : Rs 5,000 after 1 month of successful working with each client onboarded, and additional 10% commission on 3 client billings.
