• Proposal Development:
• Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of LOBMAX Recruitment Services.
• Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all business dealings.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and facilitate successful candidate placements.
• Provide feedback and insights to recruiters to enhance the quality of candidate submissions.
• Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Continuously assess and refine the sales approach based on market feedback.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and contract management abilities.
• Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
