The Opportunity:

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth?

CSR is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and convert new customers, expand existing business relationships, and create long-term commercial value.

As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to generate leads, expand product and solution offerings, and achieve sales revenue and margin targets. You will play a pivotal role in identifying emerging market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

About the role:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through consultative selling and strong value propositions.
Build and nurture customer relationships to drive long-term growth and repeat business.
Conduct market research & competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales for sustainable business success.
Manage CRM and sales pipelines, ensuring structured processes and insights.
About you:

10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of growth.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven with commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
Experience using CRM systems & data analytics to drive sales performance.
Ability to interpret technical products and provide effective customer solutions.
