Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategy. This includes identifying new markets, generating leads, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company's business development strategy
• Identify new markets and generate leads
• Close deals and manage the sales pipeline
• Build relationships with key decision-makers
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Develop and implement sales training programs
• Manage the sales team and track performance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business development
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in CRM software and IVR, Ameo software
