Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual who can manage client communication, handle social media activities, conduct market research, and maintain company data efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of digital platforms, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Telecalling & Client Communication:
• Call potential and existing clients for product introductions, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Maintain a record of calls and client interactions.
• Social Media Management:
• Handle company pages on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create, post, and respond to comments/messages professionally.
• Client Research & Lead Generation:
• Research new clients through Google, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, etc.
• Prepare lead lists and verify contact information.
• Data Maintenance:
• Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets with client details, follow-ups, and progress reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
